Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person in Columbus, GA. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA guidance, track progress with data, and support children with autism and developmental disabilities in daily living and social skills.

The role requires an RBT certification, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and the ability to commute to Columbus, GA.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with ABA principles and techniques.
• Ability to engage effectively with children and adolescents.
• Experience in special education or behavioral health settings is a plus.
• Knowledge of medical documentation and patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA guidance.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and track progress with data collection.
• Assist in development and maintenance of individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent behavior strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and records.
• Support daily living activities and social interactions.
• Conduct structured teaching sessions using ABA principles.
