Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics in Florida Autism Center is hiring compassionate individuals to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings. No ABA experience required—paid training and RBT certification are provided.

You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills while collecting progress data and collaborating with families and a supportive on-site BCBA team.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality.
• Strong communication and teamwork; passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform floor activities.
• Must obtain Florida driver's license before training.
• Florida Medicaid fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
