You will help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, working one-on-one or in small groups while collecting data and documenting progress.

The role offers paid training and RBT certification, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Strong communication and teamwork, with a passion for helping children.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• No ABA experience required; paid training and certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based or home-based settings.
