Job summary

BlueSprig Pediatrics / Florida Autism Center in Florida is looking for compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism. Roles involve center and home sessions, data collection, and progress documentation, with emphasis on communication and teamwork.

No ABA experience? No problem — paid training, mentorship, and on‑going support are provided to help you build a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for helping children
• Reliable transportation, attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Work one‑on‑one or in small groups with clients
• Collect data and document client progress
• Communicate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Participate in training and professional development
• Follow company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
