Qualifications

• Note: Prior experience as a Behavior Technician or with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided to new hires.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy using Applied Behavior Analysis techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients and families.
