Magnet ABA Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy with clients, under a BCBA supervisor. You will implement individualized intervention plans, collect progress data, and assist in developing treatment strategies that enhance social, communication, and daily living skills.

Collaboration with the supervising BCBA and families is essential to ensure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in the development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and families.
