Magnet ABA Therapy in the United States is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data on client progress, assist in creating behavior support plans, and provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy, teaching essential social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician or with autism/developmental disabilities preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients using ABA techniques.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
