Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

The role emphasizes data collection, collaboration with a BCBA, and supporting families with strategies and progress updates. After-school/evening availability is preferred, with potential flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism.
