Job summary

Lighthouse CH is a specialized ABA therapy agency dedicated to helping children with autism through evidence-based interventions. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, building strong relationships with children and their families to support growth and independence.

As part of our warm, collaborative team, you’ll participate in ongoing training, data collection, and progress reviews while working flexible hours to accommodate client schedules in High Point, NC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in completing the RBT certification.
• Previous ABA therapy experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy techniques under BCBA supervision.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with individualized plans.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and behavioral skills.
• Foster a positive therapeutic relationship with clients and families.
• Conduct assessments, collect data, and track progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and team to adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate with parents about goals and progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
