Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Greenville, SC. You will implement individualized programs, collect data, and maintain a safe environment for children with developmental disabilities.

The role requires RBT credentials, strong communication, and willingness to travel between homes, schools, and clinics. Ongoing training and supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of BACB 40-hour RBT training required.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet state requirements.
• Excellent communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for consistency.
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to maintain certification.
• Follow treatment plans and company policies.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and report progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries when working with clients.
