Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and individuals with developmental disabilities in in-person settings in Greensboro, North Carolina. You will implement ABA-based techniques, collect data, and support progress toward behavioral goals under BCBA supervision.

The role emphasizes patient care, confidentiality under HIPAA, and collaboration with families and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and families.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA standards.
• Background in special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with disabilities in various settings.
