Job summary

Qualifications

• Must communicate expressively and receptively in writing and verbally.
• Must be able to sit in a child-sized chair or on the floor; move quickly if client elopes.
• Physically capable of bending, kneeling, standing, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid Driver License and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional area during sessions.
• Prepare materials and ensure they are accessible and organized.
• Deliver instruction following procedures learned from training and supervisor feedback.
• Collect, record, and analyze data following Gateway procedures.
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA and internal policies.
• Communicate in a professional and positive manner with coworkers and parents.
