Job summary

Gateway Pediatric Therapy is seeking an ABA-support professional to work 1:1 with children in clinic and home settings. You will implement ABA procedures, collect data, and collaborate with supervising clinicians to ensure individualized therapy plans are followed.

The role involves maintaining a safe, organized environment, communicating with parents, and adhering to HIPAA guidelines while delivering evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English.
• Physical ability to sit in child-sized chairs or on the floor and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain instructional areas during and after sessions.
• Prepare materials, binders, stimuli, and needed supplies.
• Dress appropriately and arrive on time with prep time.
• Complete all tasks related to each session.
• Receive supervision from BCBA/supervisors.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and parents.
• Respond to internal communications within 24 hours.
