Magnet ABA Therapy in Troy, MO is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide in-person ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will collect data, implement behavior plans, and teach social, communication, and daily living skills to clients.

Training will be provided, and you will work closely with families and a BCBA to adapt plans as needed. This role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Behavior Technician preferred but not required.
• Training will be provided.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist in development and implementation of behavior support plans.
• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with the BCBA to modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their families.
