Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a therapist to implement ABA driven programs with youth having developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy under supervision and help meet treatment goals while tracking progress and maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires flexibility with scheduling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work Monday through Friday after school hours.

Qualifications

Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
Valid Driver's License.
Reliable transportation and insurance.
Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings.
Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
Provide feedback regarding progress to supervisor.
Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other targeted treatment goals.
Track client progress and program data.
Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information.
