Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks qualified individuals to deliver ABA therapy in home and community settings within California. The role focuses on implementing ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities, delivering 1:1 therapy, and following goals under supervisor guidance.

Applicants should have an RBT certification (preferred) and/or a Bachelor's degree (preferred), with 2+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification (preferred) and/or relevant credentials.
• Bachelor's degree (preferred).
• 2+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible scheduling and travel between client homes.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting.
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information.
