Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services Corporation is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for evening hours in the San Ysidro area. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings, under the supervision of a BCBA.

Role includes progress tracking and data collection. The schedule is Monday–Friday, evenings with 2–5 hours per day, 9:00am–4:00pm window mentioned for availability; medical benefits available for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home/community settings.
• Under supervision of a BCBA, implement treatment goals.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
