Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a part-time Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis programs to youth with developmental disabilities in home or community settings. You will provide 1:1 therapy, implement goals under BCBA supervision, and report progress to your supervisor.

Experience with developmental disabilities, a CBT certificate, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• CBT certificate required.
• Two+ years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community environments.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
