Job summary

A supportive behavior therapy organization is seeking a full-time RBT Student Analyst to provide direct interventions and caregiver support while earning supervised fieldwork hours towards BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a relevant graduate program.
• Two years of experience as RBT if holding a bachelor's degree.
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention and caregiver training.
• Conduct assessments under supervisor direction.
• Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families and teams to achieve client goals.
• Participate in supervision meetings and case reviews.
