ABOUT BIG

Our services span direct 1:1 intervention, caregiver-mediated and caregiver-led models, social skills groups, and individualized self-monitoring programs across home, school, community, and telehealth settings.

THE ROLE

As a Student Analyst at BIG, youll contribute meaningfully to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward your BCBA certification. Youll work under experienced BCBAs in a structured mentorship environment that bridges theory and clinical practice — without sacrificing the quality of care our clients deserve.

  • Earn supervised fieldwork hours under BCBA and/or BCBA-D supervision, with opportunities for unrestricted hours when aligned with your fieldwork plan.
  • Conduct and support assessments including data collection, progress monitoring, and contributing to functional behavior assessments under supervisor direction.
  • Develop treatment plan components and provide written clinical documentation in Central Reach and related systems.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to support generalization and maintenance of client goals across settings.
  • Participate in scheduled supervision meetings case reviews, and team-based learning with fellow Student Analysts and BCBAs.
