ABA Solutions in St. Petersburg, FL seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Student Analyst to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in school and home settings. The role supports BCBA supervision and helps accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.

You'll work with our BCBA team within a BCBA-owned organization that emphasizes mentorship, accessible leadership, and professional development while advancing your clinical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Currently enrolled in (or planning to enroll in) an ABA/BCBA-track graduate program.
• Experience working with children or youth in educational or therapeutic settings.
• Reliable transportation for travel between home/school cases.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in school and home settings.
• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by your supervising BCBA.
• Collect and accurately document session data in real-time.
• Facilitate social, communication, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Actively accrue supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification.
