Job summary

A leading ABA therapy provider in Sacramento seeks a RBT Student Analyst to contribute to client care while earning supervised fieldwork hours toward BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a graduate program in behavior analysis or related field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years as an RBT is acceptable.
• BCaBA in good standing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 intervention and caregiver training.
• Conduct data collection and progress monitoring under supervision.
• Collaborate with families and support client goals.
