Behavioral Framework, LLC is seeking Disability Support Professionals to train as Behavior Technicians and support children with autism and their families. This role includes data collection, progress notes, and collaboration with a BCBA supervisor in home settings.

Part-time (20–30 hours/week) with a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, free RBT training, access to Teladoc, BCBA supervision, and ongoing incentives. Join a mission-driven ABA team focused on growth and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to receive detailed information through oral and written communication.
• Visual acuity to ensure accuracy of documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect data, progress notes, and collaborate with your BCBA Supervisor.
• Support children in building meaningful life and social skills.
