Job summary

Highlights Healthcare is seeking aspiring BCBAs for our ABA Student Analyst Program. Registered Behavior Technicians will be enrolled in an accredited Master’s program while working with our team.

Student Analysts are eligible for tuition reimbursement, BCBA education support, and payment for restricted/unrestricted hours. Under supervision of a BCBA, RBTs implement behavior plans and may collect data during sessions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children with special needs or behavioral challenges.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire for continued learning and openness to feedback.
• Able to pass a criminal history background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid car insurance.
• Bilingual applicants highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each learner.
• During sessions, collect data and conduct assessments as directed.
• Work 1-on-1 with learners and participate in group sessions.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure confident, supported sessions.
