Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Buda, TX is hiring for a Behavior Technician role. You will work one-on-one with children using play-based ABA therapy, following treatment plans, and collecting data to track progress. Training is provided and RBT certification is paid for.

We seek candidates 18+, with a Bachelor's degree, and a willingness to complete the paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. This is a full-time role with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, and optional Saturdays based on

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree can be relevant for higher pay.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with floor-based activities and moving with children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team-oriented and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
