Action Behavior Centers in Southlake, TX is seeking a Child Autism Therapist (Bachelor's Degree Required) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.

You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities. This full-time role offers paid training and the path to RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• One-on-one ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 8 years.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with a supportive team.
