No prior experience is required as we provide paid training and cover your RBT certification. Bachelor’s degree is required and must be verified during hiring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and must provide proof of degree.
• No experience necessary; paid training and RBT certification fully covered.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
• Observe and learn from a Behavior Technician at work.
