Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children ages 2–6 in one-on-one ABA therapy. We provide hands-on training if you don’t yet have your RBT certification.

You’ll work a predictable Monday–Friday schedule, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM, with a strong benefits package and opportunities for growth. Starting pay is $18/hour with raises every 6 months for the first 2.5 years, plus a $250 sign-on bonus, and extensive PTO and life/work balance perks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
• RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
