Job summary

Key Autism Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism. The role includes implementing behavior intervention plans, data collection, and collaboration with BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
