Circle Care Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children with autism in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision and help drive meaningful progress for clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision.
• Implement treatment plans created by supervising BCBA.
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
• Support skill-building and reduce disruptive behaviors.
• Communicate progress with the clinical team.
