Job summary

Key Autism Services is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD and to join a collaborative team that values supervision, mentorship, and clinical support.

We offer Fellowships and Early Mentoring Programs to help BTs and RBTs pursue BCBA certification, with structured supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities to advance within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months of ABA experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and compassionate.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Use ABA teaching strategies including DTT and NET.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical team members to ensure consistent care.
• Participate in supervision sessions, trainings, and team meetings.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and positive therapy environment.
