Job summary

Caravel Autism Health in Kansas City is seeking a Student Analyst I to gain hands-on clinical training in ABA therapy across clinic, home, and school settings under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a BACB-approved program, hold or will obtain RBT certification within 75 days, and are committed to data-driven treatment, individualized plans, and professional development through the BCBA Rise program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BACB-approved program and working toward BACB certification.
• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data during therapy sessions and monitor treatment hours for compliance.
• Develop client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collaborate with caregivers.
