Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst to gain hands-on clinical training in ABA therapy. The role offers mentorship and a clear development path through the BCBA Rise program, with supervision from BCBA staff and opportunities to work across clinic, home, school, and community settings.

The candidate should be enrolled in a BACB-approved program, pursuing BCBA/BCaBA certification, and be a Registered Behavior Technician or commit to obtaining RBT certification within 75 days of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active enrollment in a BCBA/BCaBA program and working toward BACB certification.
• Experience with ABA therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies (DTT, NET, prompting, reinforcement).
• Collect accurate, timely data during therapy sessions.
• Monitor weekly treatment hours to meet therapy expectations and 85% of authorized services.
• Contribute to client-specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and caregivers to support service delivery.
• Develop programs, advance targets, prepare materials, and implement adjustments.
• Assist with FBAs and inform future treatment goals.
• Analyze data and inform data-driven clinical recommendations.
