Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Student Analyst II in Liberty, MO, to gain hands-on clinical training toward BCBA certification. You will provide high-quality ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community settings under supervision.

The role emphasizes data collection, BSP implementation, and data-driven treatment planning, with ongoing mentorship and development through our BCBA Rise program. RBT certification or progress toward it is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or obtain RBT certification within 75 days of hire (45 days on model).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents using ABA therapies.
• Solid understanding of autism spectrum disorders and behavioral principles.
• Experience applying behavior-analytic strategies to modify behavior.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality direct ABA therapy across clinic, home, school, and community environments.
• Implement behavior support plans and skill acquisition programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
• Utilize evidence‑based ABA strategies, including DTT, NET, task analysis, prompting, and reinforcement strategies.
• Collect accurate, timely, and reliable data during therapy sessions.
• Review and monitor weekly treatment hours to ensure therapy expectations and compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain client dignity, confidentiality, and safety at all times.
• Contribute to client‑specific treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collaborate with technicians, supervisory teammates, and caregivers to support service delivery.
