Action Behavior Centers is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional in Black Forest, CO. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree and involves working one-on-one with children with autism in daytime hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) with optional Saturdays.

You’ll receive paid training and support to earn the RBT certification, and you’ll join a collaborative, growth‑oriented team with full-time hours and benefits including health coverage, paid holidays, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for role.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain active pace with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using ABA techniques.
• Follow treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Assist learning through play, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and collaborate with the team.
