Action Behavior Centers in San Tan Valley, AZ is hiring a Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required). This full-time role supports children with autism in one-on-one ABA therapy, with hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and optional Saturdays based on patient needs.

No experience is required; paid training and full funding for RBT certification are provided. Applicants must be at least 18, hold a bachelor’s degree, and be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; proof of degree must be provided.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
