Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to support children with autism using play-based ABA therapy. You will work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years, following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data.

The role emphasizes active engagement, learning through play, and a safe, structured therapy environment. Required is a Bachelor's Degree; paid RBT certification is provided after training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; proof of degree must be provided during hiring.
• Paid RBT certification fully covered; training provided prior to certification.
• No experience required; caregiving experience is a plus (nanny, teacher, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
