Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Fountain, CO seeks an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional to support children with autism in developing communication, social, and independent skills. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. No experience needed; paid training and full coverage of RBT certification are provided.

Minimum age 18, Bachelor’s degree required, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire. Location at 6161 Timber Rail Point, Fountain, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality; willing to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset; may assist nearby ABC clinic if needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play and interactive activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow.
