Action Behavior Centers in Loveland, CO is seeking an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional. The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree and offers paid RBT certification with no experience necessary.

You’ll work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy, following structured treatment plans and collecting data. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with optional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Must provide proof of degree (diploma or transcript) before offer.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs; comfortable with active pace around young children.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to help kids grow and succeed.
