Job summary

Achieving True Self is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. Paid training, onboarding, and RBT certification training are provided within the first month.

Bi-weekly pay, benefits, and career growth are offered. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Open availability seven days a week, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Reliable vehicle required; rideshare not suitable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
