Achieving True Self is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role provides paid training, onboarding, and ongoing support to help children with autism.

You will deliver evidence-based, one-on-one support in a family/home setting and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent care. Direct billable hours pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with $12.50 per hour for training and onboarding, plus paid RBT certification training in the

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and own reliable vehicle.
• Evening/after-school availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related needs.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect data on client progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality care.
