Job summary

Achieving True Self is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the United States. The role offers paid training, onboarding, and RBT certification training within the first month, with hourly pay of $18–$25 for direct billable hours and $12.50 for training and onboarding time.

You will provide one‑on‑one support to children with autism, implement individualized plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with a clinical team to ensure high‑quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18+ years old.
• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Evening/after‑school availability preferred.
• Basic computer literacy (Windows/Google products) needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support to children with autism using evidence‑based strategies.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician.
• Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in various settings.
• Collect data on progress and adjust strategies.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high‑quality care.
• Support ATS’s mission and values.
