Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy seeks caring individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, helping children develop essential skills in behavior, communication, and daily living. You will follow BCBA plans, collect data, and document progress while collaborating with a supportive team.

Flexible hours with work-life balance and opportunities to grow within the organization are offered. Prior experience with autism and a genuine desire to help families are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
