Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring for 1:1 ABA therapy roles in homes or clinic settings, working with children on the autism spectrum. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with a BCBA and team to support skill development across behavior, toileting, feeding, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Effective English communication (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state ID or driver’s license is required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and centers.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session notes submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; must have a vehicle to commute to locations.
