Cardinal Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy across clinic, home, and community settings. You will follow individualized plans, collect data, and collaborate with families while working toward RBT certification.

This role offers paid training toward RBT, ongoing coaching, and career growth with structured supervision and mentorship to support your professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• TB test completed within the past 12 months.
• Ability to pass criminal background and abuse registry checks.
• Arizona applicants: valid Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
• Ability to work directly with children for multiple hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in clinic, home, school, or community settings
• Use engaging, age-appropriate activities to support skill development
• Encourage positive behaviors through reinforcement and consistency
• Collect session data and complete simple documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and collaborate with your care team
• Participate in required training, supervision, and feedback
