Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities in a dynamic clinic setting.

No experience is required, with paid training and full coverage of the RBT certification. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree, and may advance within a supportive, growth-focused team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Proof of degree (diploma or transcript) must be provided during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
