A leading therapy provider in Mocksville, NC is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Key responsibilities include providing direct ABA therapy, implementing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with team members. Qualifications

• Experience with ABA therapy for children diagnosed with ASD.
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid state identification required.
• Must own a vehicle with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement treatment plans as detailed by BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Participate in staff meetings and training.

Skills

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder

Effective communication in English

Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families

Reliable transportation

Must pass a criminal background check
