Job summary

Circle Care Services provides compassionate ABA therapy for children on the autism spectrum, supporting RBTs with supervision and onboarding to maximize impact with families served.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing ABA programs designed by a supervising BCBA. Responsibilities include data collection, following plans, and progress sharing with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track session data.
• Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
• Share progress with your clinical team.
