Job summary

The Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will deliver evidence-based interventions to children with ASD and support development and daily living skills.

The role requires an active BACB RBT certification and at least one year of experience with ASD. We offer competitive hourly pay, a 3% 401(k) match, paid holidays, PTO and full health, dental and vision insurance,

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children with ASD.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions one-on-one.
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill programs.
• Collaborate with BCBA, teachers, and instructional assistants.
• Communicate progress with families and discuss client needs.
