Job summary

Applied Behavior Center for Autism in Indiana seeks an enthusiastic RBT to provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision. You will implement BIPs and skill programs while promoting adaptive behaviors and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• Experience implementing ABA techniques.
• Familiarity with data collection procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD.
• Implement BIPs and skill acquisition programs under BCBA guidance.
• Promote adaptive behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide direct care in communication, socialization, academics and daily living tasks.
• Collaborate with the BCBA, teachers and aides to review progress.
• Participate in team meetings and share client progress with families.
